Lion and the Mouse:
So confined; this net it squeezes me tight like a boa constricter.
The mouse sits in front of me taunting me, laughing.
Beauty and the Beast:
Why is wrong with this gal? Out of all the suiters in the village, she chooses me?
I am ugly, large, and hairy. I am not the right one for her.
The Little Mermaid:
Quickly gliding throught the water, I play with flounder.
Hoping one day, to be able to run around in that world above.
Grasshopper and the Ants:
Work, work, work. The more food the better off we will be.
Grasshopper, hes foolish not to collect food. Once winter comes who will be the one having all the fun?
Cinderella:
My hands and feet; bloody and blisterd. I work all day long, and get nothing in return.
One day, I tell myself, soon one day I will be free from this life.
"Scrub the floors", "Wash our dresses", the demands never stop.
I have had enough of this, I physically and mentally can not take this tourture any more.
Once they are gone I break down and cry, my body has no other way of coping with this.
Soon the room is filled with a bright light, with the sweet aroma of fresh flowers.
I hear a comforting voice, one I have never heard before.
"Don't cry my dear, every thing will soon be alright."
I still cant see her yet, then out of the light I see a small round figure approaching me.
Shes older, I am intruiged, but I really should be getting back to my work Momma will be home from the ball soon.
"Sorry, but I really don't have time to talk. Momma will be home soon and if I don't get my work done I wolnt get my piece of bread and glass of water for dinner!"
Little Red Riding Hood:
The sweet aroma of her perfume lures me in even more.
The deep crimson red makes my mouth water. Just one bite, thats all I need.
Alice In Wonderland:
Curiosity fills me, or am I just going crazy? A talking rabbit, a crazy man?
This must be a dream, I just want to go home.
Princess and the Pea:
I brace myself as I hear her climb up the ladder, I once again will have to suffer another night of being squished. All of the matrasses really are starting to give me back problems.
Snow White:
Shes magical, the most beautiful woman our fourteen eyes have ever seen.
Her melodic voice carries through the woods bringing peace and relaxation to all.
